We are a young professional couple, Dominika and Jan, and we would like to offer you a room in our spacious apartment.
Our bright apartment has three bedrooms, a sunny kitchen, bathroom (with separate toilet) and storage room. The total area is 100 square metres and it is located in a nice historical district – Vinohrady – Prague 2, the street is Šmilovského near the beautiful park Havlíčkovy sady. The flat is located close to the centre; it takes approx. 10 minutes to get to Wenceslas Square and Main Railway station.
The apartment is fully furnished including washing machine, fridge, dining table, large sofa, wardrobes, vacuum cleaner, smoothie maker, etc. Your room is 25 square meters with a comfortable new double bed, sofa, desk, large wardrobe, lamp, etc. Price for living in our apartment is CZK 10 000 per month. This sum includes rent, charges for services in-house, water, gas, electricity, UPC Internet 300 Mb/s. The third bedroom serves as a guest room.
We have been living with guys from France, Italy, Chile, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia and others for more than 8 years, and we are looking forward to sharing our apartment with you.
